در حالی که مهلت شش ماهه حکومت ایران برای حل اختلاف با
چهار کشور کانادا، اوکراین، بریتانیا و سوئد در ارتباط با
سانحه هواپیمای پیاس۷۵۲ اوکراین چهارشنبه (۲۸ ژوئن) به
پایان رسید، جمهوری اسلامی شکایتی را علیه کانادا در دیوان
بینالمللی دادگستری ثبت کرد.\ |

ساده تر، منطقی تر و کمتر آزار دهنده میبود اگر به اشکالات مطالب
اشاره میشد تا هم تصحیح گردند و هم اینکه تکرار نگردند. هنوز
نمیدانم که آیا میتوان از افراد نام برد و یا خیر. اسامی پوشانده
شدند
.
It would be simpler, more logical and less annoying if the
content problems were pointed out so that they would be
corrected and not repeated. I still don't know if people can be
named or not. Names were masked.

مثل اینکه زود قضاوت کردم و بیهوده ذوق رده شدم. یکبار دیگر مطلبم
بدون توضیح حذف گردید. امیدوارم رفع بلا شده باشد و اینبار مورد
تایید قرار بگیرد.
It's like I was quick to judge and got excited for nothing. Once
again my article was deleted without explanation. I hope the
problem has been fixed and it will be approved this time.
نسیم آزادی
انتظار داشتم که بتوانیم از طریق دادگاهی که در جریان است تغییراتی
را در کامیونیتی، کنگره و فوروم بوجود بیاوریم ولی نه به این سرعت.
به نظر میاید که از این به بعد میتوان از افراد نام برد و با آزادی
بیشتری به شرح وقایع پرداخت، بدون آنکه به مطالب و حقوقمان تعرض
شود. با این امید که بتوانیم آنهایی که این صفحه را ترک کرده اند
را برگردانیم و یا آنهایی را که حضور دارند ولی در گفتگو ها شرکت
نمیکنند، متقاعد کنیم به گفتگوها بپیوندند، اطلاع رسانی کنند،
تجربیات و آنچه را میدانند به اشتراک بگذارند، و در بوجود آمدن
تغییر و تحولات سهیم باشند.
این همان مبدل کردن رویدادی در ظاهر منفی، به جریانیست که مطمئنن
حاصلش مثبت خواهد بود. جای دارد که از xxxxxxxxxx که به همت او این
پرونده شکل گرفت و چهار مدافع، xxxxxxx، xxxxxxxxx، xxxxxxxxxx، و
xxxxxxxxx که به طریق دیگری در این جریان سهیم میباشند تشکر کنیم.
به من گفته شد که با اینکه در زبان فارسی از واژه های شاکی، متهم و
مورد اتهام استفاده میشود بهتر است از واژه مدافع به جای متهم
استفاده کنیم که بار منفی کمتری دارد. چرا نه؟ از این به بعد من از
این چهار نفر به عنوان مدافعین پرونده نام خواهم برد. ایکاش دوستی،
صفا و صمیمیت باز گردد که بتوانیم مشکلات و اختلافات را به صورت
ساده تری برطرف کنیم.
تداخل منافع هنوز باقیست
شخصن با حضور xxxxxxxx به عنوان آدمین xxxxxxxxمخالفتی ندارم. از
این طریق مطمئن هستیم که مطالب مطرحه درxxxxxxx را میخواند و آنرا
به اطلاع دیگر مدافعین میرساند و این امکان وجود خواهد داشت که
آنها هم سر ذوق آمده و در گفتگو ها شرکت کنند.
ولی اگر بخواهیم اصول و قوانین را رعایت کنیم xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx این
صفحه خودداری کند. xxxxxxxxxxxx اعتبار و اعتماد به این صفحه را
مخدوش میکند و چه بسا مانع از مشارکت افراد خواهد شد. در ضمن کناره
گیری ایشان میتواند به عنوان قدمی بسوی مدارایی، سازش و تفاهم به
حساب آید که بسیار با ارزش خواهد بود.
در سایت xxxxxxxxxx نیز از زمان خیزش مردم در ایران و آغاز انقلاب
زن، زندگی، آزادی اسامی دست اندرکاران حذف شده اند و یا اینکه قابل
رویت نیستند و نمیتوانیم بدانیم که غیر از xxxxxxxxxxx کدامیک از
xxxxxxx کدامیک از آنهاییکه درxxxxxxxفعال هستند همزمان با آن
رسانه همکاری دارند. بخصوص که این موضوع مطرح است که بعضی از
----------------------------------------------- که اگر این مورد
صحت داشته باشد کل ماجرا تغییر میکند

Breeze of freedom
I expected that we could make changes in the community, ICC and
Forum through the ongoing trial, but not so quickly.
It seems that from now on we are allowed to name people and
describe events with more freedom, without infringing on our
content and rights. Our next step should be to encourage those
who have left this page or persuade those who are present but
not participating to return. To join, inform, share experiences
and knowledge, and be part of the change.
This is how we convert a negative movement into a positive
result. It is appropriate to thank xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, who initiated
this case. In addition, the four defendants, xxxxxxxxxxx,
xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxx, and xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, contributed to
this process in another way.
I was told that although the words plaintiff, accused and the
subject of accusation are used in Farsi, it is better to use the
word defendant instead of accused. This has a less negative
connotation. Why not? From now on, I will refer to these four
people as defendants.
I hope peace, sincerity and friendship will return and problems
and disputes will be solved easier.
Conflict of interest still remains
For my own reasons, I am not opposed to xxxxxxxxxxxx moderating
the xxxxxxxxxx. We are sure he will read the content discussed
in the xxxxxxxx. He will inform other defendants, and they may
participate in the discussions.
It would be wise if he refrained from managing this page until
the end of the trial as a matter of principle. Otherwise,
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx this could damage the credibility and trust and
may prevent people from participating. At the same time, his
resignation can be considered a step towards goodwill, which
will be very valuable.
On the xxxxxxxxxx website, since the Iranian people's uprising
and the Women, Life, Freedom revolution, the names of those
involved have been removed or are not visible. Other than
xxxxxxxxx, we don't know which defendants or active xxxxxxxx
members are still cooperating with that media. Especially if it
is true that some xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxx, the whole story will be different.
