هر دم از این باغ بری می‌رسد
 تازه‌تر از تازه‌تری می‌رسد!

زود تر از آنکه انتظارش را داشتم، مصاحبه اخیر مونا برقعی با محمد وحیدی راد در رابطه با تبلیغ و بازاریابی برای انجمن بازرگانی ایران و کانادا میرود که مشکلات حقوقی را برای هییت مدیره به ارمغان داشته باشد.

محمد وحیدی راد بعد از پیوستن به فوروم کنگره، توهین، تحقیر، خشونت و تعرض به حقوق من و تک تک ایرانیان در کانادا، با ارسال نامه های متعدد به تعرضات خود ادامه و تهدید را به آن افروده است.

من محمد وحیدی راد و یا هییت مدیره کنگره ایرانیان را در مقابل خود نمیبینم. اینبار تصویر آشکاری از جمهوری اسلامی را در مقابل خود دارم که قصد دارد من را ساکت و با بوجود آوردن خوف، بر خاموشی که بر کامیونیتی ما سنگینی میکند، بیافزاید. کامیونیتی را از مشارکت دور نگاه دارد. نسبت به هم بد بین کند. کنگره ایرانیان، تنها نهاد دموکراتیک کامیونیتی ایرانی در کانادا که  میتوانست ورای اینگونه تخریب ها بصورت خیلی موثری فعالیت کند را نابود سازد.

آنهم بخصوص زمانی که دو کمپین برای رهایی این نهاد از تسلط هشت ساله همسویان با منافع جمهوری اسلامی آغاز به فعالیت کرده اند.

آغاز فعالیت سایت جدید

سایت جدیدی را بزودی در جهت آگاهی و اطلاع رسانی نسبت به روند تهدیدات محمد وحیدی راد و اقدامات قانونی احتمالی ایشان برای خاموش کردن صدای من راه اندازی خواهم کرد. نامه های ارسالی ایشان را در آن محل در دسترس همگان قرار خواهم داد.

ایشان اظهار میدارد که به من اجازه نمیدهد از عکس های ایشان در مطالب خود استفاده کنم.

۱- مگر من به ایشان و اعضای دیگر هییت مدیره اجازه دادم که با مانع شدن از تمدید عضویتم، چهار سال از شرکت در انتخابات کنگره محروم بمانم. آیا در یک جامعه دموکراتیک خلافی بالا تر از این میتواند وجود داشته باشد؟
۲- مگر من به ایشان و هییت مدیره اجازه داده ام که از مشارکتم در فعالیت های کنگره ممانعت به عمل آورند؟
۳- مگر من به ایشان و هییت مدیره اجازه دادم که با سانسور مطالب و حذف خودم، به حقوق و آزادی بیانم تعرض، مورد توهین و تحقیر قرار گیرم؟
۴ـ مگر ما به ایشان اجازه داده ایم که فوروم کنگره  را به میدان نبرد، گردن کلفتی، اعمال خشونت و بلاگ شخصی مبدل سازد؟

دست در دست جمهوری اسلامی

برای من مشکل است که باور کنم محمد وحیدی راد اینگونه اعمال را که باعث کناره گیری افراد، ایجاد تفرقه و بدبینی در کامیونیتی و بی اعتباری کنگره میگردند را از عدم شعور، نادانی و سهل انگاری انجام میدهد. آنهم توسط فردی که دست در دست جمهوری اسلامی دارد. ایشان تنها فعال اجتماعی در کامیونیتی میباشد که ارتباطش را با ایران، مقامات و نهاد های ایرانی حفظ کرده، آنرا آشکار، به آن فخر فروخته و در جهت منافع خویش و افزایش اعتبار حرفه ای خود استفاده میکند. ایشان یکی از معدود کسانی میباشد که فعالیت هایش بخصوص در رابطه با تازه واردین، افرادی که قصد مهاجرت و یا تجارت با کانادا را دارند میباشد. طبیعی مینماید که اینگونه افراد از حقوق خود و یا فعالیت های ایشان بی خبر باشند.

مسئولیت رسانه ای

بیشتر از هر زمان دیگر لازم است که در اطلاع رسانی و مقابله با این مورد از افکار عمومی بهره گرفت و رسانه ای عمل نمود. متاسفانه یکبار دیگر نه تنها حامیان و یا کسانی که منافعشان همسو با منافع جمهوری اسلامی است، چه بسا عاملان رژیم و آنهاییکه با چهره های پنهان عمل میکنند را در مقابل خود داریم. بخصوص که  مخاطبین محمد وحیدی راد، تازه واردین، یکی از آسیب پذیر ترین بخش کامیونیتی است. حمایت از آنها یکی از وظایف هییت مدیره است و نه همکاری و پشتیبانی فردی که میتواند به آنها آسیب وارد سازد. 

راه حل پیشنهادی

به محمد وحیدی راد توصیه میکنم که با طلب پوزش، حذف مصاحبه و کناره گیری از فوروم و هییت مدیره به این حکایت غم انگیز پایان دهد. و اگر قصد دارد که برای خاموش کردن صدای من به اقدامات قانونی متوسل گردد، حداقل با کناره گیری از هییت مدیره این نهاد را یکبار دیگر با مشکلات حقوقی در گیر نسازد.

به نظر میاید که محمد وحیدی راد از تجربه قبلی و در گیر شدن هییت مدیره با اقدامات قانونی، اعتراف نامه کذایی و شرم آور سوده قاسمی،  رئیس وقت کنگره، و استعفای اجباری بازیگر اصلی هییت مدیره، بیژن احمدی چیزی نیاموخته است. شاید همانطور که اقدامات قانونی قبلی، دست فرصت طلبان سیاسی را از کنگره ایرانیان کوتاه کرد، اقدامات قانونی دیگری لازم باشد که اینبار سودجویان مالی از این نهاد دور نگاه دارد.

دعوت از داوطلبان برای ترجمه به زبان انگلیسی

از این به بعد هر بار که  مقاله ای را منتشر میسازم، مطلبی را در سوشیال مدیا در رابطه با هییت مدیره و محمد وحیدی راد به اشتراک میگذارم، این نکته را در ذهن خواهم داشت که میتواند در دادگاه مطرح گردد. از اینرو به آن به عنوان دفاعیه خود مینگرم. به دنبال داوطلبانی در میان تازه واردین خواهم بود که مطالب و مقالاتم در نشریه شهرما را به زبان انگلیسی ترجمه کنند. تا هم حسن نیت خود را نشان داده باشم، هم کمکی به وکلای طرفین کرده باشم، از اتلاف وقت دادگاه و به حاشیه کشانده شدن موضوعات اصلی، و تحمیل هزینه های بیشتر خودداری شود.

راهنمایی دوستانه به هییت مدیره و مدیران فوروم

محمد وحیدی راد نمیتواند به تعرضات و خلافکاری های خود در کنگره بدون پشتیبانی و همکاری اعضای هییت مدیره و مدیران فوروم ادامه دهد. اگر منافع کامیونیتی و کنگره را در نظر دارید تا پایان گرفتن این مورد ایشان را از کنگره دور نگاه دارید. و یا اگر خودتان نمیخواهید در گیر این مشکلات گردید، برای مدتی با کناره گیری به این جریانات آلوده نشده و اجازه ندهید که از حضور شما برای پوشش مقاصد سوء استفاده گردد.

هویت ناشناس و یا لباس شخصی ها

فقط برای روشن شدن ذهن اعضای هییت مدیره و مدیران فوروم کنگره، به این نکته که در آینده به صورت مفصل به آن خواهم پرداخت اشاره میکنم. هویت ناشناس که با پیوستن محمد وحیدی راد به مدیریت فوروم پایه گذاری گردید، فرقی با فعالیت لباس شخصی ها ندارد. مشاهده چنین پدیده ای در فوروم کنگره، که میبایست محیط امن و آزادی برای گفتگو باشد، اگر زنگ های خطر را در گوش های ما ایرانیان گریخته از وطن به صدا در نیاورد و باعث شرم و انزجار ما نگردد، از بی توجهی و سهل انگاری ما خواهد بود. بی توجهی که دیر و یا زود عواقب آنرا در این کشور هم خواهیم پرداخت.

در این رابطه من به تماس های خود با هییت مدیره و مدیران فوروم ادامه و متن انگلیسی این مطلب را به زودی به اشتراک گذاشته خواهم شد.

"With Every Moment Comes a New Challenge" (Persian Proverb)

Sooner than I expected, Mona Borghei's recent interview with Mohammad Vahidi Rad regarding advertising and marketing for the Canada Iran Business Association may cause legal issues for the board.

After joining the ICC Forum management, Mohammad Vahidi Rad insulted, humiliated, and violated my rights and every single Iranian in Canada, and continued his attacks and threats by sending numerous letters.

I do not see Mohammad Vahidi Rad or the ICC Board in opposition to me. This time, I see a clear image of the Islamic Republic standing against me, intending to make me silent, create fear and further deepen the silence that weighs upon our community. They want to keep the community away from participation, make us suspicious of each other, and ultimately destroy the ICC—the Iranian Community only democratic institution in Canada, which could be very effective without these destructive activities.

Especially when two campaigns have started to free this institution from the eight-year domination of those aligned with the interests of the Islamic Republic.

Launch of a New Website

Soon, I will launch a new website to raise awareness and provide information on Mohammad Vahidi Rad’s threats and his potential legal actions to silence my voice. His letters will be made available to everyone on this platform.

He claims that he doesn't allow me to use his photos in my writings.

1.    Did I allow him and other board members to prevent the renewal of my membership, causing me to be excluded from participating in the ICC elections for four years? Can there be a greater violation in a democratic society than this?

2.    Did I give him and the board permission to prevent me from participating in the ICC activities?

3.    Did I allow him and the board to censor my content and subject me to insults, humiliation, and violations of my freedom of speech?

4.    Did we give him permission to turn the ICC Forum into a battlefield for bullying, violence, and his personal blog?

Hand in Hand with the Islamic Republic

It is hard for me to believe that Mohammad Vahidi Rad’s actions, which lead to the exclusion of individuals, the creation of division and mistrust in the community, and the discrediting of the ICC, stem from ignorance or carelessness—especially from someone who has ties to the Islamic Republic. He is the only active person in the community who has maintained a relationship with Iran, its officials, and institutions, boasting about it openly and using it to his professional advantage. He is one of the few whose activities, are particularly related to newcomers or those seeking to immigrate or do business with Canada. It is natural that such people are unaware of their rights or his activities.

Media Responsibility

Now more than ever, we need to utilize public opinion and media to raise awareness and counter this issue. Unfortunately, once again, we are not only up against supporters or those whose interests align with the Islamic Republic but also with agents of the regime who operate with hidden faces. Particularly, Mohammad Vahidi Rad's audience, newcomers, is one of the most vulnerable segments of the community. Protecting them is one of the ICC board's responsibilities, not cooperating with or supporting someone who could harm them.

Proposed Solution

I recommend that Mohammad Vahidi Rad apologize, remove the interview, and step down from the Forum and the board to put an end to this unfortunate story. If he plans to resort to legal action to silence my voice, at the very least, he should step down from the board so that the ICC doesn’t once again become entangled in legal issues.

It seems that Mohammad Vahidi Rad has not learned anything from the previous experience and getting the board of directors stuck with legal actions, the shameful confession of Soudeh Ghassemi, the then president of the ICC, and the forced resignation of the main actor of the board of directors, Bijan Ahmadi. Perhaps, just as the previous legal actions cut short the hands of political opportunists from the ICC, other legal measures may be necessary to keep financial profiteers away from this institution.

Call for Volunteers to Translate into English

From now on, every time I write an article and share something on social media regarding the ICC board and Mohammad Vahidi Rad, I will keep in mind that it may be presented in court. Therefore, I view it as part of my defense. I will seek volunteers, particularly among newcomers, to translate my writings and articles in Shahr Ma magazine into English to avoid wasting court time, deviating from the main issues, and incurring additional costs.

Friendly Advice to the Board and Forum Managers

Mohammad Vahidi Rad cannot continue his violations and misconduct in the ICC without the support and cooperation of the board members and the ICC forum managers. If you care about the community and the ICC, keep him away from it until this matter is resolved. If you don’t want to get involved in these problems, step aside temporarily so as not to be tainted by this situation, and don't let your presence be used to cover up malicious intentions.

Anonymous Identity or Covered-up  Agents

Just to clarify for the ICC board and the Forum managers, I mention this case that I will discuss in detail in the future. The anonymous identity, founded by Mohammad Vahidi Rad joining the management of the Forum, is no different from the activities of covered-up agents we are familiar with in Iran. Seeing such a phenomenon in the ICC Forum, which is supposed to be a safe and free environment for discussion, should sound alarm bells for us Iranians who have fled our homeland, and if it does not cause us shame and disgust, it is due to our neglect. Neglect that sooner or later we will pay the price for in this country as well.

In this regard, I will continue my contacts with the ICC board and the Forum managers and the English text of this article will be shared.
