رفع ادعای کپی رایت بعد از دو ماه و نیم

ویدئو برگفته ای از سخنان کیهان رضوی، سرپرست کمیته بازنگری اساسنامه، در ممانعت از حضور من در این کمیته را در ۲۰ دسامبر در صفحه فوروم کنگره به اشتراک گذاشتم. سه روز بعد نه تنها حذف شد بلکه با ادعای کپی رایت باعث شدند که یوتوب از مشاهده آن ممانعت بوجود آورد. در ضمن خودم را نیز برای مدت ۷ روز ممنوع الکلام کردند.

طبق معمول اینبار نیز توضیحی در رابطه با این عملکردشان دریافت نکردم.

دو ماه و نیم طول کشید تا اینکه بالاخره امروز از آن رفع ممانعت شد. درعوض در این مدت بسیار آموختم.  مابقی آنرا میسپارم به رضا نامداری، آدمین فوروم و عضو هییت مدیره که توضیح دهد دلیل این نوع کارشکنی ها و عدم همکاری چیست؟

Fixed the copyright claim after two and a half months

On December 20, I shared a video on the ICC Forum page. Kayhan Razavi, the head of the ‌Bylaw Revision Committee,  admitted that I was the only one who was banned from participating without telling the reasons. Three days later, the admins not only removed my video but claimed copyright to YOUTUBE. I was also banned from speaking for seven days on the Forum.

As usual, I did not receive an explanation about their action.

It took two and a half months for the copyright claim to be lifted.

It was worth it as I learned a lot during this time.

I leave the rest to Reza Namdari, the Forum admin and board member, to explain his reason for this type of confrontation and lack of cooperation?

سخنان کیهان رضوی، عضو مستعفی هییت مدیره و سرپرست کمیته ساختار سازمانی در این ویدئو و در رابطه با عدم پذیرش من در بازنویسی اساسنامه را باز نویس میکنم تا از خود بپرسیم:
۱- ایشان با چه کسانی در رابطه با پذیرش من صحبت شد؟
۲-  دلایل «مشخص» ممانعت من از حضور در بازنویسی اساسنامه چه بوده اند؟
۳- عدم جوابگویی به این سئوالات برای چیست؟
۴- آیا این یک مورد آشکار از تبعیض و تعرض به حقوق مهدی شمس نیست؟
۵- در کنار قرار گرفتن با تبعیض و تعرض های متعدد از جمله تهمت به وابستگی به مجاهدین، لغو عضویت، محروم ساختن از شرکت در انتخابات، سانسور و حذف در فوروم کنگره، آیا حالت سیستماتیک به آن نمیدهند که نشان از قصد، غرض و اهداف خاصی میباشند؟

I copy the words in this video of Kayhan Razavi, the resigned ICC board member and the head of the organizational structure committee, regarding the refusal of my participation, in the bylaw committee to ask ourselves:

1-   Who did he talk to about my acceptance?

2-   What were the "specific" reasons for my refusal in the bylaw committee?

3-   Why no one answers these questions?

4-   Is this not a clear case of discrimination and violation of the rights of Mehdi Shams?

5-   In addition to being subjected to multiple other discriminations and attacks, such as affiliation to Mojahedin (MEK), cancellation of membership, deprivation of participation in elections, censorship and removal from the ICC’s Facebook Forum Page, do they not take a systematic approach that shows, purpose, and specific intentions?  

“من هم چند تا نکته اضافه کنم. اولن از همه دعوت شد بطور سرتاسری در واقع  دعوت شد که هر  که دوست دارد بیاید توی این چیز شرکت کنه و من از طرف شما ( بهرام جلایر) ندیدم. تنها از آنکسانی هم استقبال کردند فقط یکنفر (مهدی شمس) که آنهم دلایلش مشخصه در واقع با صحبت هایی که شد در نهایت تصمیم گرفتیم که از ایشان دعوت نکنیم که بیاد تو کمیته ساختار سازمانی.”
